What is Clareshare?

Clareshare is a way of being in touch, of being part of our family.  There are hundreds of Claresharers in over twenty countries, some are Catholics or belong to other Christian communions, some belong to other religions and some have none.  What unites them, they tell us, is valuing a way of life given to prayer and an affection for the simple and sometimes humorous lifestyle of an enclosed Poor Clare Colettine Community.

We send out a email newsletter, whenever we are not so busy living that we have time to write an account of it!  So it is an irregular event.

The Clareshare newsletter contains urgent prayer intentions, a little news of the community’s doings and the odd quote.  At Christmas we send out a longer Christmas news sheet.
